One of the development teams was struggling with delivery predictability, quality issues, and low morale

Implemented a lite version of the SAFe framework, revamping the team's estimation and planning processes, guided the scrum master through it, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement

Cryptographic implementation for IoT Devices
Challenge
With no prior experience in cryptography, design and implement secure communication and update mechanisms for a fleet of IoT devices in a resource-constrained environment
Solution
Followed a course on applied cryptography, consulted with experts, and researched best practices. Designed a lightweight cryptographic protocol tailored for the devices, implemented secure boot and OTA update mechanisms, and conducted thorough testing and validation

Cross-Functional Team Building
Challenge
Taking on a team of electrical engineers with a different way of working than software engineers, finding a common ground to work effectively together

After careful studying of their way of working, Designed a custom process that blended agile software practices with hardware development cycles, facilitated workshops to align team members on goals and processes, and established clear communication channels

Design family's estate management system
Challenge
Managing the family's estate finances and legal documents efficiently while ensuring security and accessibility for authorized members
Solution
Implemented a full stack application to manage my family's estate, incorporated all aspects of day to day operations that were done in spreadsheets and outdated methods, ensured secure access controls and audit trails for sensitive documents, and provided user-friendly interfaces for non-technical family members
